Pricing is communicated before any work begins, with an itemized breakdown of diagnostic fees, parts, and labor costs. The no-fix-no-fee policy applies when a repair cannot be completed due to technical limitations or unavailability of parts. In such cases, only the initial diagnostic fee may apply, depending on the complexity. This approach allows you to assess the situation without financial risk for unsuccessful repairs. All terms are explained in writing prior to service commencement.
